This is an antique, finely woven sash with a variety of geometric Inka designs. The colors are in oranges, dark red, red and a hint of magenta which bring a welcome warmth and richness. Since it’s not a new belt, there are a few visible repairs, which actually add to the charm and authenticity of this simple, but strong weaving.

Handwoven in sheep / alpaca wool.
